Payment:
Credit Card: Currently, our online credit card processing is done by paypal. However,
you do not have to open a paypal account in order to use this service.
Check or money order: If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can call
or email us your order. Please note that your order will not be processed and shipped
until your payment has been received by us.
Sales Tax:
Items shipped within the state of Michigan will be subject to 6% sales tax charge.

All orders in the US are sent via USPS Priority mail service. Please see rate

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handcrafted & personal nature of our products we can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened/unused products. Please contact us with 7 days of receiving your item, and prior to returning the item(s) to us. Once you have contacted us we will arrange to refund or exchange your product, less the shipping charges.
If you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged shipment so we can arrange your return.
If we are not notified prior to receiving your return in either situation, we cannot guarantee that the return will be processed.

If you have further questions about our products or do not see the information you are seeking on our website, we encourage you to email us your inquiries. We want to help insure you are a happy and enlightened consumer, and a satisfied customer.
Although our products are made with only natural ingredients, some products may be irritating to certain people. If any irritation or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. Also, when trying a new skin care or bath product, patch test the product on your skin before using on entire body or in bath. This is especially important if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
Product Freshness:
Because our products do not contain preservatives, it is best to store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Also, product should be used within 6 months to 1 year of purchase.
